We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item and packaging when contacting us at:

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. We cover both the replacement product and shipping costs.

Standard Returns

For all other returns:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Refunds may be reduced if items are returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase.

Because our products are made to order, orders may enter production shortly after being placed. Once an order has entered production, cancellations, modifications, or address changes can no longer be guaranteed and may not be possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, the fastest option is to place a new order after your return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With tags attached

Proof of purchase is required.
